Creator-Owned Designs All designs submitted by creators remain their intellectual property. By submitting a design, creators give 3D Printify a non-exclusive licence to manufacture, market, sell, and distribute products based on that design while the listing is active. Design files are never shared with customers or other creators. If a listing is removed, the design files are deleted from our systems. Creators are free to sell their designs through other channels.

Third-Party Brand References Some products are designed to fit tools made by other companies including Milwaukee Tool. These products are not made by, licensed by, or associated with those brands. Brand names and model numbers are used only to identify compatibility. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Our Content The 3D Printify name, logo, website, and written content belong to 3D Printify and cannot be copied or used without our written permission.

Reporting Infringement If you believe something on this platform infringes your intellectual property, visit our Contact Us page with details of the issue. We take these claims seriously and will investigate promptly.

Content You Post By posting content in the Community Forum or uploading product photos, you give 3D Printify a non-exclusive licence to display and share that content in connection with running and promoting the platform. You keep ownership of your content.
