Purpose This Acceptable Use Policy covers how you may use the 3D Printify website, storefront, Community Forum, Creator Portal, and any other services we provide. It applies to everyone including customers, creators, forum members, and visitors. By using any part of the platform, you agree to this policy.

This policy works alongside our Terms of Service, Community Forum Code of Conduct, and Creator Guidelines and Terms. Where there is overlap, the more specific document applies.

Permitted Use You may use 3D Printify to browse and purchase products, take part in the Community Forum, apply for and participate in the Creator Program, and access information about PACKOUT inserts and accessories. All use must be lawful, honest, and in keeping with the purpose of the platform.

Prohibited Use You must not use the platform or its content for any of the following:

Illegal activity. Anything that breaks Australian law or the laws of your country, including copyright law, consumer protection law, or laws relating to privacy, fraud, or harmful content.

Intellectual property infringement. Uploading, sharing, or selling content that infringes on someone else's intellectual property, including designs copied from another creator's work without permission.

Harmful or malicious content. Sending viruses, malware, or any code designed to cause damage. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform, its systems, or other users' accounts.

Fraud and deception. Submitting false or misleading information, pretending to be someone else, manipulating reviews or sales data, or any other dishonest conduct.

Harassment and abuse. Harassing, threatening, bullying, or abusing any other user, creator, or community member.

Scraping and data collection. Using automated tools to scrape or collect data from the platform without our written permission.

Unauthorised commercial activity. Reselling access to the platform, advertising competing products or services, or using the platform for commercial purposes outside what is permitted under your Creator Agreement.

Circumventing platform systems. Attempting to bypass security features, payment systems, commission tracking, or any other part of how the platform operates.

Creator Obligations Creators are additionally bound by the Creator Guidelines and Terms, which covers design originality, fitment accuracy, content standards, and confidentiality.

Enforcement We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations. Where a breach is confirmed or reasonably suspected, we may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access, or refer matters to relevant authorities. We are not required to give notice before taking action.

Reporting a Violation If you believe someone is using the platform in breach of this policy, report it via the Community Forum's reporting tools or visit our Contact Us page. All reports are handled in confidence.

Changes to This Policy We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you accept the updated version.

Governing Law This policy is governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
