Coverage
Products sold by 3D Printify are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies to products that experience issues caused by:
- Manufacturing faults
- Material defects
- Print-related structural issues
What Is Covered
Warranty coverage may include:
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural failures under normal use
- Print quality issues that affect functionality
- Faults caused during the production process
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor layer lines or surface texture typical of 3D printing
- Damage caused by misuse or modification
- Incorrect installation or handling
- Use outside the intended purpose
- Damage caused by excessive force or impact
- Exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions
A Note on 3D Printed Products
Our products are manufactured using FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) technology.
Because of the manufacturing process, it is normal for products to display:
- Minor layer lines
- Light surface texture
- Small visual variations between prints
These characteristics are part of 3D printing and are not considered defects.

To help us assess your claim quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
We will review the information provided and may repair, replace, or refund the product depending on the situation.
Australian Consumer Law
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
