Purpose These Creator Guidelines and Terms cover participation in the 3D Printify Creator Program. By registering as a Creator, you agree to these terms and all related platform policies.

Eligibility To take part, you must be at least 18 years of age, provide accurate personal and payment information, own or have the legal right to sell all designs you submit, and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to approve or decline any Creator application.

Creator Responsibilities Creators agree to submit only original designs or designs they have the right to sell, make sure designs are functional and printable in PETG, provide accurate compatibility information and photos, and behave professionally within the community.

Creators must not upload designs they do not own, submit work substantially copied from others without permission, provide misleading information, or attempt to manipulate reviews or sales data.

Design Quality All designs must print reliably using standard FDM settings, be tested by the Creator before submission, have tolerances suitable for real-world use, and be built to last in a workshop environment. We may reject designs that do not meet our quality expectations.

Compatibility and Fitment Creators are responsible for the accuracy of all fitment claims. This includes specifying compatible PACKOUT case models, tool models and model numbers, and any known limitations. Creators must design and test their inserts to confirm they fit before submitting. Inaccurate claims that result in customer complaints may lead to the product being removed.

What to Submit Each product needs a title following our naming format, a product description, compatibility information from our approved dropdown values, and at least three photos: the insert in the case with the tool, the insert on its own, and the case closed with the insert inside.

Intellectual Property Creators keep full ownership of their designs at all times. By submitting a design, you give 3D Printify a non-exclusive licence to manufacture, market, and sell products based on it while the listing is active. Design files are never shared with customers or third parties. Removing a listing ends this licence and all files are deleted from our systems. You can continue selling your designs through other channels.

Earnings and Transparency Creators earn a commission on each sale based on net margin after production costs, platform fees, and payment processing. The current rate and full breakdown are always visible in your Creator Portal. Payouts are processed monthly once the minimum threshold is met.

Pricing We set final retail pricing to keep the store consistent. All products must meet our minimum price. You are welcome to suggest a price and we will take that into account.

Returns and Defects If a product is returned due to a manufacturing issue, we cover the cost. If the return is caused by a design problem, we may ask you to revise the design. Repeated issues may result in the product being removed.

Design Updates You can submit updated versions of your designs at any time. We may also ask for updates if fitment issues come up or improvements are needed.

Removing Designs We may remove designs that breach these terms, receive repeated complaints, or infringe intellectual property. You can request removal of your own designs via the Contact Us page.

Confidentiality You must not share platform financial information, internal processes, or other creators' private information. This continues after you leave the program.

Community Conduct We expect creators to be respectful and professional in all interactions within the platform and the Community Forum. Serious conduct issues may result in suspension or removal from the program.

Ending Participation We may suspend or close a Creator account for breach of these terms. You can leave the program at any time by letting us know in writing. Any outstanding orders will be fulfilled before the account is closed.

Independent Contractor Creators are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of 3D Printify.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
