Purpose The Creator Charter covers the use of the Creator-Only Forum, a private space within the 3D Printify Community Forum for approved Creators and platform staff.

Who Can Access Access is limited to approved Creators and 3D Printify administrators and moderators. Access can be removed at any time at our discretion.

What the Forum Is For The Creator-Only Forum is for platform updates and announcements, design feedback and peer review, fitment testing coordination, workflow improvements, bug reports, and discussing customer feedback trends.

Confidentiality Everything in the Creator-Only Forum is confidential. Creators must not share screenshots or posts outside these areas, discuss private creator conversations publicly, or disclose platform financials or internal processes. Breaching this may result in immediate removal from the Creator Program.

How to Behave Be respectful and professional. Give feedback that is constructive and specific. Keep discussions relevant. Use clear thread titles.

Design Feedback You are encouraged to share designs for feedback before they go live. Feedback should focus on functionality, fitment, and printability. Sharing a design for feedback does not give others any rights to use it.

Reporting Bugs When reporting an issue, include a clear description, steps to reproduce it, screenshots where possible, and the date and time it happened.

Customer Privacy When discussing customer feedback, do not identify individual customers.

Intellectual Property Taking part in the Creator-Only Forum does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Files shared for feedback remain your property.

Moderation Moderators can edit, move, or remove posts, close threads, issue warnings, and remove access. Their decisions are final.

Consequences Breaches may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the Creator Program.

Governing Law This Charter is governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
