Made to Order — No Change of Mind Returns Every product is made specifically for your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or simply no longer wanting the item. Please check all compatibility information carefully before purchasing.

If you realise you have ordered the wrong product, contact us via the Contact Us page as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee we can help once production has started, but depending on the situation we may be able to swap it for a different product.

Creators and other customers are active there every day and can help you confirm whether an insert will work for your specific tool, case, or setup. It is the best way to make sure you are ordering the right thing before you commit.

Defective or Damaged Products If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us via the Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

Where the claim is valid, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund for the item. You do not need to return the item for defect claims, but photos are required.

Wrong Item Received If you receive something different from what you ordered, contact us via the Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery and we will sort it out at no cost to you.

Fitment Issues Creators are responsible for designing and testing their inserts to confirm fitment before submitting to the platform. If something does not fit as described on the product page, contact us via the Contact Us page. We will look into it and work out a resolution, which may be a replacement, a design revision, or a refund.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours. Depending on your bank, funds can take up to 10 business days to appear. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us via the Contact Us page.

Items That Cannot Be Returned We do not accept returns for change of mind, used items, or items sent back without prior contact and approval from us.
