Made to Order — No Change of Mind Returns

Every product is made specifically for your order. Because products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or simply no longer wanting the item.

Please review all product information carefully before purchasing.

Before placing an order, we recommend checking:

  • Product dimensions and sizing
  • Material descriptions
  • Product compatibility where applicable
  • Product images and details

If you realise you have ordered the wrong product, contact us through the Contact Us page as soon as possible.

Depending on the production stage, we may be able to:

  • Update your order
  • Change product selection
  • Cancel the order before printing begins

We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us assess the issue, please provide:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging if damaged during shipping

Where the claim is valid, we may provide:

  • A replacement product
  • A repair where appropriate
  • A refund at no cost to you

Wrong Item Received

If you receive something different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

We will investigate and arrange a suitable resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 48 hours.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
