About 3D Printify 3D Printify is an Australian-based marketplace for custom 3D printed inserts and accessories for Milwaukee PACKOUT modular storage systems. Products are designed by independent creators and manufactured by us on a print-on-demand basis. We design, manufacture, and ship from Australia and deliver worldwide.

Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.

Orders and Payment Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars. Where available, you can switch to your local currency at checkout. GST is included where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive a confirmation email.

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically and can take up to 15 minutes to arrive. If you do not receive one, check your spam folder first. If it is not there, contact us via the Contact Us page and we will resend it.

Made to Order Every product is printed after your order is placed. Standard items typically take 2 to 5 business days to produce. Complex or large items may take 4 to 8 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. If production times are longer than expected, we will let you know.

Order Changes and Cancellations If you need to change your order, contact us via the Contact Us page as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before production begins. Once production has started, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Compatibility and Fitment It is your responsibility to check that the product you are ordering is compatible with your specific PACKOUT case and tools before purchasing. Compatibility details are shown on every product page. If you are unsure, ask in our Community Forum before buying. Our creator and customer community can help you confirm fitment before you commit. We are not responsible for purchases made based on incorrect assumptions about compatibility.

Australian Consumer Law Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality.

Liability To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
