Purpose

This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed with 3D Printify are processed, manufactured, and delivered. This policy forms part of our Customer Terms & Conditions.

Order Processing & Production

Most products sold by 3D Printify are made to order (Print on Demand). After an order is placed:

  • Payment is confirmed
  • Product enters production
  • Quality check is completed
  • Order is packed and dispatched

Typical production timeframes:

  • Standard products: 2–5 business days
  • Complex or large items: 4–8 business days

Production times are estimates only.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship:

  • Australia-wide
  • Selected international destinations

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout. Common carriers may include:

  • Australia Post
  • Courier services

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

Australia

  • Standard: 2–7 business days
  • Express: 1–3 business days

International

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight
  • Destination
  • Selected shipping method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. 3D Printify is not responsible for:

  • Delays or loss caused by incorrect addresses
  • Additional shipping costs incurred due to address errors

Failed Delivery & Return to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to collect
  • Refusal of delivery

We may charge additional shipping fees to re-dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will investigate and arrange replacement or refund where appropriate.

International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Brokerage fees

3D Printify is not responsible for these charges.

Force Majeure

3D Printify is not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs delays
  • Power or internet outages
