Material Characteristics
Printed exclusively in PETG (polyethylene terephthalate glycol). PETG can soften above ~80 °C (176 °F) and may become brittle below −10 °C (14 °F).
Colour variation, layer lines, and minor surface imperfections are normal for fused‑filament fabrication.

Small parts may present a choking hazard; keep away from children and pets.
Do not expose to open flame or aggressive solvents.
Inspect regularly for wear or cracks. Discontinue use at the first sign of damage.
Liability Limitation
The manufacturer/seller’s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Care Instructions
PETG prints are durable but still benefit from mindful care. Keep them below about 80 °C (176 °F) and out of prolonged direct sun or hot cars, as the material softens near this temperature and can warp. Clean only with lukewarm water, mild dish soap, and a soft cloth—harsh solvents like acetone, brake cleaner, or strong paint thinners can craze or weaken the plastic, though brief wipes with ≤70 % isopropyl alcohol are generally safe.
While PETG tolerates occasional outdoor use, extended UV exposure can fade colours and embrittle the surface, so store items indoors whenever practical. Use each part only for its intended load and orientation, since layer lines create directional strength; avoid hammer blows, twisting, or drops, and inspect regularly for cracks or warping, retiring the item at the first sign of damage.
Store prints in a cool, dry place without heavy objects stacked on top, and remember that unless explicitly stated otherwise they are not certified for food or medical contact. Minor repairs are possible with PETG‑compatible epoxy after light sanding, but for critical applications it is safer to re‑print the damaged section. With these precautions, your PETG 3‑D prints should stay strong, true to shape, and good‑looking for years.
Multi Layered Storage - Zero wasted space, I designed an entire custom storage area under the Standard sockets. The Standard Sockets all sit in a custom tray that you can lift out to access the space below. This huge storage space is perfect for your extensions and other extra kit and runs the full length of the Packout!
Rubber Boot Support - Two dedicated file sets are included!
Standard - Custom sized for those not using the protective boot.
Rubber Boot - Custom designed with a larger opening to accommodate the use of the rubber boot. This print is physically labelled with "Boot" to help. You can store the tool without the boot in this insert as well, it may just move around a little as it has extra space meant for the boot.
Secure Sockets - Designed so the sockets sit right near the underside of the lid. You could flip the box upside down and the sockets will remain in their slots!
Labels - Comprehensive labels are included for your sockets. Labels indicating size are in the bottom of every socket slot AND included on top.
Battery Compatibility - Designed to accommodate as many battery configurations as possible. I've included a photo at the bottom of the page here, but in summary it will support the following: Standard 2.0Ah, High Output 2.5Ah, Standard 4.0Ah, High Output 5.0Ah or no battery..
Belt Hook - You can store your tool with the belt hook installed on either side, I've designed the insert to accommodate both in the single design.
Tray Lifting Handles - I've incorporated two options to help with lifting out the tray that holds the Standard Sockets.
Access Holes - Finger holes are included under the 19mm and 3/4" sockets. Simply lift out one or both of those and you'll be able to use your finger to lift the tray out.
Side Handle - If you have your tool out of the insert, there is a recessed area near where the belt hook would usually be. This gives an easy grip to lift it up and out.
